Michael Winters:  I know that daily writing is something you’re an advocate for.  Why is that something that’s important for you?

Dave Harrity:  I think, the main reason is that it gives you some kind of tangible anchor.  You can look back and say, “This is how I numbered my days.  This is how I counted it.”  There are a lot of different ways you can do that, just writing in a book is my way.
