Paul knew that his weaknesses would not limit his witness, but it was the weakness itself that would be the sign of God’s power.

You will not use up all His provision today, so you do not have to worry about tomorrow. He is enough for today and He will be enough for tomorrow.

Jesus is enough because He is the best and He can multiply all things to be not only enough, but to be overflowing.

. . . reflect on the troubles of our heart. I believe God wants to turn your heart back to Him today by reminding you of what He has done.

We do not have to worry if we measure up or if the Lord will accept us. He desires all to come into His presence.

Surrendering control for total commitment means letting go of what we want in order to follow the path God has set in front of us.

Discipleship is both relationship with the triune God and with others—a life of surrender means turning our eyes upward and outward.

God loves when we surrender our weaknesses to Him because it is in those moments we experience the miraculous power of the Lord in our lives.

How do we fight what we cannot always see? . . . submission. It might be surprising to you, but our power position is on our knees, not on our feet.

The cross is an intentional and daily commitment to give up control of our lives for the sake of Christ.

We believe if we hold on to control, we hold on to our future. But God calls us to lay our future into His hands through our faith.

As Christ-followers, we are asked to be like a burnt offering, laying our whole selves on the altar and not holding anything back.
