As a military spouse who often struggles with the tension between being a “good” military wife, appropriately patriotic, but still honoring my Christian faith first and foremost, I look forward to reading this book. I know it’s way too late for this suggestion, but the title did throw me off a bit… I wanted it to read, A Faith Worth Not Fighting For. 😛
Elizabeth, thanks for commenting. I too sometimes struggle with how to show loving-kindness to my family members and friends in the military. I hope the book challenges, informs, and encourages you.
